Is Nazar Butchery halal?

Yes, we are 100% halal-certified butchery. Please check the certificates page for all our licenses.

How can I make a change to my order?

For all changes to your order please call us on (02) 9675 5191 as early as possible to speak to one of our team members.

Do you deliver to my address?

Use our address checker on our home page to check if we deliver to you.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery within 5km of our shop.

We also offer free delivery days for each suburb, check out the delivery timetable here.

Within 5km-25km we charge a $15 delivery fee if you order for a day outside of your suburb’s free delivery day.

What if I live outside the delivery zones?

Currently, we are unable to deliver outside our delivery range, please feel free to contact us at (02) 9675 5191 if you would like further details.

Something has gone wrong with my order. What do I do?

If there are any issues with your order or it does not meet your expectation, please call us on (02) 9675 5191 and ask for Eric who will happily resolve any issues.

Is the meat fresh?

Yes, we get our chicken, beef and lamb deliveries every day and goat on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Are there any chemicals or colouring added to your products?

Unlike some of our competitors, our products are free from all colouring and chemicals making them a safe option for you and your family.

Do you have a minimum order?

Yes, our minimum online order is $150.

What are your payment options?

We accept card payments through our website checkout. All payments are processed through the Stripe payment gateway to keep everything secure!
