Is Nazar Butchery halal?

Yes, we are 100% halal-certified butchery. Please check the certificates page for all our licenses.

How can I make a change to my order?

For all changes to your order please call us on (02) 9675 5191 as early as possible to speak to one of our team members.

What are your payment options?

Payment can be made on delivery either by cash or EFT.

If you would like the contactless delivery option please put a comment in the notes of your order, we will call to take payment over the phone before we deliver.

Do you deliver to my address?

Use our address checker on our home page to check if we deliver to you.

How much is delivery?

Free delivery within 5km of our shop.

We also offer free delivery days for each suburb, check out the delivery timetable here.

Within 5km-25km we charge a $15 delivery fee if you order for a day outside of your suburb’s free delivery day.

Do you have a minimum amount for an order?

Yes, the minimum amount is $100 to be able to place an order.

What if I live outside the delivery zones?

Currently, we are unable to deliver outside our delivery range, please feel free to contact us on (02) 9675 5191 if you would like further details.

Something has gone wrong with my order. What do I do?

If there are any issues with your order or it does not meet your expectation, please call us on (02) 9675 5191 and ask for Eric who will happily resolve any issues.

Is the meat fresh?

Yes, we get our chicken, beef and lamb deliveries every day and goat on Tuesdays and Fridays.

Are there any chemicals or colouring added to your products?

Unlike some of our competitors, our products are free from all colouring and chemicals making it a safe option for you and your family.
