We have introduced new software so all customers can track their orders online! Now you can plan your day and know exactly when your meat order has arrived at your doorstep. Our new tracking system offers convenient features, including SMS updates and live tracking on Google Maps!
Call your delivery driver
As well as keeping track of your order you can also call the delivery driver. Our delivery drivers are on the road taking multiple deliveries at a time so we do only recommend calling if the matter is urgent.
New & Improved Packaging
We have improved packaging options! Our new packaging option will consist of more rigid outer plastic with a sealed top to prevent leakage and offer better storage in your fridge/freezer. Our new trays are made from 100% recycled material. It’s also microwave-safe, freezer safe and suitable to be used in the oven up to 180c.
Keep your order fresh with ice bags
For customers who are out and about or running late from work, we now offer ice bags to keep your order. As an approximate, we recommend 1 ice bag per $20 spent. You can choose to order less or more but this is the quantity we feel will work the best. We do not guarantee your order will stay fresh for the whole day as multiple factors can affect the level of effectiveness of the ice bags. We have introduced this as a measure for those away from home for a few hours. As always, if you have any questions please feel free to reach out to us anytime.
Minimum orders for delivery are now $99
As our business is now getting more streamlined, we have reduced our minimum order deliveries from $150 to $99.

Save 5% on your order when selecting the regular delivery option on the checkout screen. Regular delivery orders will be packed as per usual in our usual boxes. You can choose to include ice packs in this method if you wish to do so.
